Haydn Double Bill

A Terrific Evening of Choral Music
Did you attend our recent Haydn Concert?
If you did you will know what a terrific evening it was. If you missed it, we're sorry not to have seen you there. In either case read our report and catch up on the latest from Finham Choral Society, Coventry.
Haydn's Little Organ Mass and Mozart flute Concerto
The first half of the concert offered the choir, a small instrumental ensemble and organ, performing Haydn's Kleine "Orgelmesse" (Little Organ Mass). This was followed by two movements of Mozart's Concerto for flute in G.

Mass in the Time of War
After the interval the choir, an orchestra and organ, performed Haydn's "Paukenmesse" (Mass in the Time of War).

Exporting Finham Choral Society

First Time
For the first time in it's history, Finham Choral Society performed in Paris. We went during the second week in December 2003 to perform a Christmas Carol Concert sung in English and French.
