He has directed many choirs including the Berridge Singers and the St. Michael's Singers, Wolverhampton, C.B.S.O. Youth Choir at a conductor’s master class at the Symphony Hall Birmingham and orchestras both in and out of school. He has given piano and organ recitals and he composes and arranges both choral and instrumental music. He has written music for the stage performance of James and the giant peach for the Crescent Theatre in Birmingham
He was recommended by Peter Broadbent of the Association of British Choral Directors, to attend an International Symposium for Choral Conductors at St Hilda's College Oxford, studying with Mike Brewer and Ralph Allwood - Precentor, Eton College. He has conducted the Choir of Queen Mary's High School, Walsall at the Symphony Hall, Birmingham, and participated in Conducting Master class with Bruce Pullan.
Ladi has always worked in the field of music education as Head of Music at St Peter's Collegiate School, Wolverhampton, The Blue Coat School Walsall and is presently Director of Music at Queen Mary's High School, Walsall. He has been organist at a number of churches over the years.
He is the Music Secretary of the Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury District of The Methodist Church of Great Britain.
